Kate Gosselin in April of 2010 seen departing the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City. She looked fabulous in this tight black dress that was covered in silver studs. Her layered medium length blonde hair looked great in these big bouncy curls. Her lips were glossy pink her eye makeup looked great too.
